Galway Training Centre, a day service supporting mental health recovery, presents a 6-week song-writing workshop, where participants will express their personal journeys through music. Guided by experienced music instructors, they will craft their own lyrics and melodies, drawing inspiration from both indoor and outdoor sessions in nature.

At the end of the program, participants will record their original song and receive a personal copy to celebrate their achievement. To mark the journey, they will enjoy a cultural day out at Bunratty Castle, immersing themselves in Irish music and heritage.
