A series of 5 day-time performing arts events at venues Roscommon Arts Centre, King House Boyle, Douglas Hyde Centre Frenchpark, Trinity Arts Centre Castlerea, Strokestown Park House & Famine Museum, some of which will take place in the adjacent Outdoor Spaces during the summer months. Performers will be from Roscommon and neighbouring counties. These events will form the nucleus of a wide-ranging diary of events for the new Cultural Companions programme in Roscommon, an initiative of Age & Opportunity, which will create local networks of people aged 50+ who accompany each other to arts and cultural events. Tickets will be a maximum of €5 with complimentary tickets available for targeted groups or individuals. Each event will include a Meet & Greet for older people to meet each other and the performers. Attendees will be invited to become a Cultural Companions Member and informed of each event.

Full details of each event will be posted closer to the time of each performance. Link below will be uploaded with a full programme once it has been prepared.
