Healers are practicing a tradition that is thousands of years old but is in a very delicate state, whereby we could lose our cures within 20/30 years.  

Sarah McKenna Dunne will create a visual book to preserve these traditions, where photography documents healers in Cavan from all backgrounds and cure types, and documents locations in Cavan, such as holy wells, holy graves, sweat houses, townlands that derive from associations with healing, etc, that are linked with cures.
