This is a 12-week programme of dance workshops providing a quality creative experience for all participants. Classes offer a fun, healthy and safe way of dancing and moving for anyone over the age of 55. Choreographed by experienced dancers, with a focus on balance, coordination, timing and strength building to learn different dances. Accessed via Zoom, Dance for the Young at Heart will be a social outlet, and will promote a sense of well-being and social inclusion.
