The Daoine agus Áit: Community Postcard Project is a Clare Heritage Office project in conjunction with iCAN Irish Community Archive Network. 

Postcards with images of the local community will be created with the help of a creative writer and photographer to create both images and writing for the postcards. The theme of the postcards will be Daoine agus Áit People and Place.

A graphic designer will be employed to design the postcard and each postcard will contain both images and lines of text, e.g. poetry.

Each community will receive 3,000 postcards and an exhibition will result from the work, all of which will be displayed and retained on their community websites.
