Turas is a community addiction service working with 400 people annually in the North East. In this project Turas will work with people in addiction, or in recovery from addiction, to explore the impact their addiction has had on their life. 

Working in collaboration with MAD Theatre in Dundalk and facilitator Kwasie Boyce, the group will participate in a 10 week theatre skills development programme. 

The project will culminate in an outdoor performance using Mad Theatre space. The audience will discover the challenges, ups and downs and losses that emerge for someone on a journey to recovery.
