Drama Workshops at Moore Hall
In an effort to inspire new people to get involved and also to build people’s artistic and drama skills and confidence, enhance creativity, and increase community wellness and inclusion, our project wants to engage with all ages through drama. This project is completely aligned with the vision and ambition of the Strategic Priorities of the Roscommon Culture and Creativity Strategy 2023-2027 - Creative People (skills, relationships); Creative Place (celebrate creativity of community, shared experiences); Creative Practice (practice creativity, community-engaged practice, professional development); and Creative Partnership (driving scale, impact, and ambition). This project involves running two sets of drama workshops for people from all areas and abilities of the community looking at improvisation, voice control, games, scripts, props, strategies and sharing ideas and best practice.
