Embody is a multi-disciplinary arts and health project for residents in Community Residences in County Wexford. As part of this project Creative Movement Artist Dee Grant and Music Exploration Officer/community musician Emily Redmond will work closely with Senior Clinical Psychologist Dr Denise Rogers on this new programme.

The project aims to open a creative space for all participants through music and creative movement. Also it will allow participants to express themselves in a new way through the moving body, musicality, song and rhythm.   

Weekly sessions will be structured to give a joyful and uplifting experience for participants and raise a sense of self-esteem and confidence.
