Roscommon Men's Choir has been awarded funding under Strand One of the Creative Roscommon Open Call to collaborate with professional musical director(s) for a series of workshops throughout 2025. These workshops will focus on improving vocal techniques, choral harmony, staging and performance skills, thereby strengthening the choir’s artistic quality and community engagement. The project will also enhance public engagement through local performances and participation in community fundraisers, previous events such as Culture Night, Kilbride Community Centre for Men’s Health Week, Vita House fundraiser, Roscommon Christmas Markets & Lights, and Easter Parade performances demonstrating how the choir has become a part of the artistic landscape, all of which we want to improve on and take to a higher note in future!
