We are currently writing a script for a fictional film looking at a theme of loss of the old self and the struggle to find a new existence, after trauma. It will take place in the chance encounter of two strangers who appear to have a deep understanding of each other as both share the same injury. The film is symbolic in nature, shows through imagery the gaps that can occur in relationships through the inability to speak or to express oneself, thereby making it relevant to a wider audience.

The film will be screened during the Adult Learner's
Festival in Garter Lane Arts Centre in March 2020.
