Fite Fuaite 2: Exploring Creativity in Gort
Fite Fuaite 2, meaning “firmly interwoven” or “inextricably mixed up” as Gaeilge, is a series of vibrant workshops designed to engage the Gort community in diverse artistic experiences.
Following last year's success, this year's program is an expansion of last year's and offers a range of options for all ages and interests, fostering creativity, self-expression, and cultural connection. The workshops for this year are as follows;
- Community Inclusion with Brian Twomey (BOCSI)
- Finding Strength & Renewal with Mavis Gormally ( Gort Cancer Support Centre)
- Exploring Celtic Traditions with Esther Blodau
- Celebrating the Harvest, Lantern Making with Shona MacGillivray
- From Street Art to Traditional Music with Jim Ricks and Brid Kivneen
- Connecting with Nature with Fiona Mae White
