‘Found Links’ is a new collaborative project between Print Van Go travelling print studio and TFI Local Link Tipperary bus service. The  bringing together traditions in music, print, storytelling and the joys of exploring Tipperary landscapes.  

Local artists Aoife Barrett, Cáit Ní Riain and Tim Davis are delighted to partner with Local Link Tipperary staff, passengers and local hillwalking groups on this Creative Ireland Tipperary project. From June - September 2021 we will be sharing a number of walks and trails that can be accessed from Local Link bus routes. Each week a new broadside will be available on Local Link Tipperary buses highlighting a new walk and local music, poetry and folklore connected to each location. The project will also include a series of postcards, pop-up performances, live printing events, guided walks and more. 

As part of the project we are looking to connect with local people to help identify walks and trails within the location of Local Link bus routes while curating a collection of music, poetry and folklore linked to these locations. If you or anyone you know might be interested in helping us research suitable walks and share your local knowledge of music and folklore in these areas we’d love to hear from you. Found Links is all about rediscovering our local landscape  and capturing the long standing connection between music, place and identity throughout Tipperary.
