Fruitbowl is a media literacy course for adults which utilises youth theatre techniques and video production to explore creatively how media works. Participants will learn how to act and perform for the camera; learn video production techniques , camera, framing, lighting, editing, mastering final cuts ; create their own narratives on subjects like interpersonal relationships, bullying, socialising and more ; produce educational videos from their narratives to share with other hubs within the Muiriosa Foundation’s national network. 

Learning outcomes : increased awareness of how media is produced, increased confidence and sociability, improved communication and self awareness, ability to work in a team and produce their own work .
