Join the Green Team in Clare Libraries

Clare Libraries invites children to join the Summer Stars Reading Adventure this June. Summer Stars is a reading  programme for children that runs from the 12th of June to the end of August 2023.This year the theme is climate awareness; children in Clare are invited to join the Green Team and participate in lots of climate-themed activities and workshops that are included in the programme. Activities include workshops facilitated by artists on climate awareness, biodiversity, sustainability, and the environment; the Green Lines exhibition in Shannon Library courtesy of the Gluksman Art Gallery; and lots of green-themed storytimes, book clubs, craft sessions, nature and wildlife, creative writing, illustration and chess classes to name a few.
