"Summer in the Park" will comprise of Poets' Trees ‘23, which is an outdoor installation of original poems written by members of the community and displayed on the trees and railings in O'Brien Street Park on the banks of the river Dalua in Kanturk, Co. Cork

There will also be an exhibition of the photos local people in July and August 2023

One poem from each poet will be given to a photographer or artist to come up with a photo or illustration to go with that poem. These illustrated poems will be published in book form as a permanent record of events.
