The 10th annual Kildare Readers’ Festival takes place across County Kildare in our main libraries and in the Riverbank Arts Centre in Newbridge. The festival is funded by Kildare County Council and managed by Kildare Library and Arts Services.

Held in October each year, the Kildare Readers’ Festival is an entirely free literary festival which celebrates the very best in local, national and international writing.

We provide a programme of events to connect our readers with authors and artists, to bring the very best from the world of literature to County Kildare

All Festival events are FREE and accessible to everyone.
