The beneficial and therapeutic nature of arts activities in mental health settings.

This project is run in collaboration with Alchemy Music - a Wicklow based Music & Arts Collective Over a 10 week period, musician Eamon Sweeney & writer Jane Clarke will facilitate a music and literature programme with clients of Kilmullen Enterprise Centre.  Together, they will explore creativity, interact, exchange ideas and embark on a new creative journey through the medium of music and word.  Eamon & Jane will facilitate & nurture the Kilmullen clients in exploring and developing their writing and music interests and support the clients' creation of new work.  The ultimate intention is the creation of new material including songs, music, poetry stories and soundscapes suitable for the client group

The programme will initially be carried out through Zoom and in-person as soon as Covid guidelines permit.
