In 2020 through Creative Ireland Funding 6 new animations were created by Deirdre Byrne, Sarah Bracken Soper & Esme McNamee, Or Studio & Dave Chapman, Renata Pekowska & Paul Synnott, Gary Power and Ann Upton.

Now over 3 nights in October these new animations will be projected onto the external wall of dlr LexIcon in Dún Laoghaire.

The logistics of this project are being carried out by Algorithm who have extensive experience in large scale outdoor projections and will provide equipment including a tower and specialist staff for the project.

It will take place for 4 hours each evening on the 15th,16th and 17th of October.

It will provide the public with an exciting opportunity to see animations with a focus on the local area in a new and innovative outdoor setting whilst simultaneously giving animators with a connection to the area an opportunity to showcase their work to a large general public audience.
