The Local Arts in Education in Partnership provides the following activities:

Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Hub: The Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Hub is a partnership initiative involving the NYCI National Youth Arts Programme, the Cavan Monaghan Local Arts in Education Partnership (LAEP), Cavan Monaghan ETB, Cavan Arts Office (Cavan County Council) and Monaghan Arts Office (Monaghan County Council). The Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Hub has been running since 2018.

Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Bursary: The Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Bursary scheme began in 2022 and is designed to support young people from Cavan and Monaghan to participate in short youth arts projects in collaboration with a professional artist and within youth work and non-formal education settings. The bursary scheme is funded by Cavan Arts Office Cavan County Council, Monaghan Arts Office Monaghan County Council, Cavan Monaghan Education Training Board Youth Services and the Local Arts and Education Partnership (LAEP) as part of their support for the Cavan Monaghan Youth Arts Hub.
