The Mindful Museum is a dementia-inclusive and age-friendly community outreach initiative by Kerry County Museum, funded by Creative Ireland. 

It supports people living with dementia and their family and carers and offers dementia and age-friendly services in the museum and day-care centres in Kerry. 

It utilises the museum’s collections, exhibitions and educational handling collections for facilitated workshops at events such as the Kingdom Dementia Café, Azure tours at the museum and daycare centre outreach visits.
