Our Limerick, Our Story: A One County, One Book initiative

This One County One Book initiative is designed to connect communities through the shared experience of reading and discussing the same book. This initiative will aim to foster a sense of community, promote literacy and encourage a love of reading.  

This programme will invite the author of the chosen book to visit libraries across Limerick City and County and give talks to both general audiences and book club groups. 

Book clubs in Limerick will be encouraged to read the chosen book for one of their monthly sessions with book sets available for loan from their local library.
