Members of the National Learning Network in Carrick-On-Shannon are working with Maura William on a six week  introduction programme to drama skills, enhancing wellbeing, equality diversity and inclusivity. Exploring the groups ideas around development of idol heroes, characters, linking weather, climate change, how the characters adopt, and having fun, bringing this alive in the workshop space with the tricks of an experienced professionally trained drama facilitator.

Maura Williamson  and the participants want to explore the young peoples imagination, love, and ideas of their idols heroes in a changing climate and world and how they adopt, struggle or survive. NLN work towards putting programmes, plans in place to further develop the person as a whole, build belief in self, and feel valued and part of the entire community and society.
