A book called People, Place and Pace was created by the Tourism Office of Galway County Council during 2020 with support from Creative Ireland. It features portraiture, landscape photography and bilingual poetry about the subject of people, place and pace.

Due to Covid, the book was never launched and now that we know Covid is here for the foreseeable future, the book will now be launched with support from a short promotional film about the book to promote it to as wide an audience as possible.

The video will be shot in early December and released before Christmas and will feature local actors performing short passages from the book against the backdrop of the imagery in the book.
