The project is a three day photography camp for children, aged 7 to 12, from Carrowbrowne temporary halting site on the Headford Road, Galway with German photographer Tamara Erkhard. Over the three days, workshop facilitator - Tamara Erkhard will teach the participants the basics of taking a good photograph and how to title and caption images. The children will then practice their new photography skills on the streets of Galway, and afterwards make a presentation of their work to family and friends. Each participant will then be presented with a certificate from the Museum. The project is being developed and coordinated in conjunction with the GTM.
