Supporting sustainable creative sector development (professional development of creative practitioners and/or organisations):

Business planning for the creative sector to ensure our county remains culturally and creatively vibrant by supporting key arts infrastructure to regroup and plan to remain viable, sustainable, innovative and engaging in the coming three to five-year period.

This will entail assisting seven of the main arts venues and festivals to develop a strategic business development plan, taking account of several macro variables.

The goal is to ensure we retain and grow the creative sector through this most challenging of times. To assist them to adapt their delivery, sector support and audience engagement. Supporting them to achieve business sustainability and innovative practice.
