Inspired by the Famous & Notables Trail of Birr (Birr FAN Trail), Scripts Ireland’s Playwriting Festival and Birr Stage Guild, under the direction of Eddie Alford, will present Promenade Performance – a selection of plays/recitals at numerous locations along the FAN Trail (blue plaques) commemorating the remarkable people and places from Birr’s fascinating history.
