A family day out starting at the Community Centre Drumlish to collect Trail Maps and then a fun afternoon finding all the scarecrows around the village and voting on your favourite. Trail can be followed on foot, bicycle, scooter and even car. If you are going by car, please be mindful of pedestrians. Trail maps will be available until 4pm as presentation of trophies takes place at 5pm sharp. 

It is free to enter your scarecrow in the competition, just register by emailing northlongfordguides@gmail.com  If you live outside Drumlish and want to make a scarecrow, get in touch and we will find a surrogate garden for your scarecrow. Our Theme this year is "Music Idols", so scarecrows can be solo artists, groups, any genre, any generation, let your imagination flow. We will have a best Solo, best Group and best Overall Winner Trophy this year so huge competition and secrecy already going on!  

Ongoing in the Community Centre for the afternoon will be a craft fair, face painting, cake sale, tea/coffee, hotdogs and a shop and much more....
