As part Creative Cavan initiatives creatives often work in residential care homes, day centres or with older people groups in the community. This creative exchange is delivered by Age and Opportunity and is designed to upskill creatives and those involved in creative delivery.  

Supporting creatives to work in care and other settings with older people is an essential part of  delivery for Art of Life.  

Art of Life is a project which aims to normalise conversations around death, dying and  end of life and is a Shared Island project delivered in Co's Cavan, Fermanagh and Tyrone.
