The Storyteller in the community programme will be facilated by the library Services in Laois. The residency will focus on creating and telling of stories  for children and exploring the culture of stories, folktales in Laois, how storytelling by parents and guradians can help with literacy and reading. Master classes will be held in libraries targeting students and other chidlcare providers such as County childcare committeee and Family resource centres. Session will be held in local schools with a particlaur focus on Childrens Book Festival .
