A mural will be painted by an artist on Chapel Lane, Killarney which was once the ecclesiastical centre of Killarney prior to the construction of the cathedral. The heritage of the laneway will be the focus of the project, bringing to life the cultural heritage and historical past of this important laneway.

Once the work is concluded a public lecture on the process, the final artwork and the heritage of the lane will be organised in conjunction with Killarney Looking Good (Tidy Towns).
