The facilitation of street spectacle events for communities is an action within the 2019 Activation Plan in Kerry. Street spectacle allows communities to come together to create, celebrate and acknowledge cultural richness in the locality. This process is currently facilitated by creative professional Caoimhe Dunne in Kerry. The aim is to equip communities with the skills and knowledge to continue spectacle style events so that spectacle presence is a part of annual parades or arts festivals.
