The Hill @Halloween celebrates Ballybricken, Waterford City's social and community heartland. Created by local artists, musicians, technicians, schools and community groups the event is produced by Waterford Spraoi, Every Event and Waterford City and County Council.

Supported by Creative lreland, The Hill @Halloween empowers area-based creativity and supports the local creative sector. Pre-production commences this August, continues through September and October, before a dramatic spectacle happening at Ballybricken Hill on Halloween night, October 31st. The event is also supported by Waterford Community Safety Committee to encourage safe community activities and gatherings.
