The Toy Library Swap & Play - Limerick Climate Action Week 2025

Start the weekend with good sustainable practices: give toys a second life and bring joy to another family! Swap unwanted toys for ones your family will love at The Toy Library Swap & Play event! Join us at the Limerick City Hall on Saturday 3rd May (11 AM - 2 PM). This family-friendly event is filled with activities, swaps, and inspiration to help embrace new consumption paradigms towards a world of sustainable play.

The event is open to all The Toy Library members, make sure you have signed up for free on www.thetoylibrary.ie/signup before attending. No worries, in case you missed this step, you will be able to sign up on the event day, prior to check in!

What to Expect at the Event
🌟 Toy Swap and Play - Bring up to 5 toys in good condition (no broken or incomplete items) to donate or swap. Didn’t bring toys? That’s okay—take home what you like!

🎨 Eco-Crafting Corner - Let your creativity shine with sustainable craft activities for all ages, using upcycled and eco-friendly materials.

🎭 Face-Painting - Shine bright with stunning artworks painted on your skin! We exclusively use non-toxics, easily washable colours.

🧸 Teddy Bear Hub - Bring your teddy for a check-up and cuddles prescription.
