KCAT Arts Centre in partnership with The Watergate Theatre are staging the Premiere of the short film 'The Waterboys' in the Watergate Theatre followed by a panel discussion with the creators. 

Jim and Gary have spent their lives as the water boys for their local GAA club, Carrickshock, Kilkenny. They have also spent their lives living with cerebral palsy. Fuelled by a desire to be a part of a team and to play their part in a county final at Croke Park, these two men have committed their lives to the service of many teams of young men. The Waterboys is a short film about community, connection and acceptance.
