The project is an initiative that will bring together a group of like-minded young people and will encourage combined thinking as a ‘production company’ with mentoring support from arts professionals and venues.  The project will provide each individual with the opportunity to fully realise their creative potential.

By linking with Creative Ireland and through the support of the Arts Council the Theatre Skills Mentoring Programme has the opportunity to invite young people to become co-creators of their own creative process, their own creative team and their own creative expression and will create an opportunity to present the process and production in a final presentation. 

The group of young people chosen will have complete ownership of their production empowering them to plan, develop, write, perform, create, manage and control their production under the watchful eye of experienced theatre practitioners and mentors.
