The provision of a framed structure to accommodate the display of art beside the new Skate Park on the newly developed Riverside Park on The Abbey Quarter. Four panels will be provided and can be used at various times of the year to showcase all art form. The initial art displayed will be from the This is Art project which was a young people’s art competition run by RTÉ and The Creative Ireland Programme.

This is a walk-by exhibition in: The Skate Park, Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny.
