A family themed Evening Christmas Market and Street Entertainment.

The newly developed Island of Geese public realm is an ideal outdoor creative space that can be transformed into a Christmas market showcasing craft, design, unique independent brands and artisan food while visitors mingle with a jam-packed programme of live free performances including musicians and stage artists. It affords an ideal opportunity to integrate art and culture into this public realm space and connects the creative sector with local businesses, its residents and visitors.

The event will consist of Christmas themed stalls with local artists, producers and creators, walkabout characters and performances at the Island of Geese. 

All local businesses will be encouraged to take a stall on the night to sell appropriate food/drinks/seasonal gifts etc. Entertainment will be provided by Key local entertainers. Kerry Choral Union, Siamsa Tire, Christmas Panto etc as well as costumed street walkabout characters and buskers.
