Gate restoration

A suitably qualified conservation expert shall be employed to manage monitor and implement the restoration works on the site and will ensure adequate protection of the historic fabric during the works. All permitted works shall be designed to cause minimum interference to the building’s structure and/or fabric. Refer to Department Advice Series: Iron and all works shall be carried out in accordance with Department Conservation Guidelines

Site photographs will be taken at key stages during the proposed works and submitted to the local authority.
