Way with Words will be presented for the third time, a partnership between the Arts and Library Services of Wicklow County Council.  It is a Festival programme of free author talks, visits and development workshops.  For 2020, the programme will take place in March and will have outreach to schools, Baltinglass Hospital, the Autism unit classes of a Dunlavin School and public events.  Authors such as Dermot Bolger, Christine Dwyer Hickey, Sunday Miscellany and Story Teller Niall de Búrca.

It will feature emerging writer supports with a panel chaired by Helen Meany with writers Cassia Caden Gilmartin, Louise Nealon, Stephen Walshe and Olivia Fitzsimons. 

There will be events for young and old at the Library buildings of Arklow and Blessington and in the outreach settings.  It will also feature a residency event with Author Colm Keegan working with teenagers through the school completion programme in Arklow secondary schools.
