Weaving for wellbeing  is a series of workshops with members of Leitrim Association of People of Disabilities working with Helena Golden the Willow.  

From week to week, the participants will learn and practice weaving techniques that will enable them to weave a series of hand crafted baskets and focussing on a theme of Wellbeing, this project will culminate with the group planning and creating an Exhibition piece for display at LAPWD. 

We hope to have a presentation of our project in the final workshop opening it up to the public with a video of the progress throughout the workshop and a display of the pieces.
