Roscommon Arts Centre wishes to offer one artist working in any discipline a two-month residency at the centre in Summer 2022. The residency opportunity is open to artists from all backgrounds who have already embarked on developing new projects/work and who would now benefit from additional supports to enable them to progress these projects, with a view to securing funding towards a presentation/production/tour. The residency will include an artist fee, access to a dedicated studio space at the centre, as well as other physical and human resources Roscommon Arts Centre has to offer. The residency budget also includes a fee for the artist to avail of mentored support and a stipend towards accommodation, travel and material costs.

This is Year 3 of the “Wings” Creative Ireland Residency, previous recipients include Veronica Dyas (2021) & Fregoli Theatre Company (2020)
