The whole world went into lockdown for 2 years due to the deadly Covid 19. We lost all our community events and festivals. So this year after a couple of years of lockdown The Jackie Clarke Collection are welcoming back all their events one by one. To date they have done it with a bang and now they want the launch of Ballina towns Christmas season to be no different.

Their plan this year is to bring the Walled Heritage Garden alive with a Winter Garden Circus on Sunday 4th of December from 12pm – 5pm which will feature:

2 x elves on stilts – the tallest elves in Lapland!

1 x Alice in Wonderland acrobat

1 x Christmas storytelling harpist

1 x Little Drummer Girl walkabout character

1 x Sprout juggling workshop

1 x Snowball juggling workshop

1 x Christmas dinner plate spinning workshop

1 x Frosty the Mermaid from the Deep 

They will also have Mrs. Claus in house, along with the Ballina Girl Guides and the Ballina Costume Company preparing festive juggling balls so children can attend the juggling workshops at the circus. They will bring in Blitz Media to livestream the whole event. A Christmas playlist DJ will spin the Christmas tunes throughout the afternoon, and there will be a couple of coffee trucks onto the street to enhance the day.
