Wishful Thinking is a project designed to provide professional development support as well as production support to Matchbox Productions. The  award is the 2020 Creative Ireland South Dublin Incubation Award and will include mentoring and support, a production shoot and a premiere of the work by the four young artists.

The four young award-winning artists (Best Group and Best Comedy Film at Noise Flicks 2018 + 2019) by 19, have already made film festival runs across country (Fresh Film Festival) and have become the videographers of such groups as Tallaght Community Arts, Cathy Coughlan, Street Arts Academy, Social Democrats amongst others.

The Collective boasts writers hired professionally by both Wartank Productions where they joined a writer’s rooms and penned an unproduced TV Pilot, a columnist for Autism Advocacy group AsIAm and a student of Irelands National Film School, who achieved 600/600 on their film portfolio.
