Networking and CPD events for artists

CPD events for Kilkenny artists who work across disciplines that will explore approaches and methodologies for working with children, including early years.

These events will also be a networking opportunity for artists to whose practice involves working with children. Artists whose practice is embedded in child participation often have little opportunities to meet with similar artists and share approaches and build collaborations with like-minded practitioners.

The aim is to create opportunity for them to support each other through peer to peer learning, nurture their interest and abilities in this field, hear from experts and take part in activities that aim to upskill and build confidence. Thus, building capacity in Kilkenny for community and child-centred activity across the county.
