Residents and visitors to Carlow since 2017 have enjoyed initiatives such as the Carlow Arts Festival. Now in its 39th year, this fabulous June event at Carlow College St. Patrick’s will incorporate visual art, theatre, music, dance, spectacle, and more to bring culture and the arts to domestic and international audiences alike.
