This arts programme will involve women who are seeking asylum in Ireland at the Emergency Direct Provision Centre in Rosslare Harbour in Wexford.

The programme was designed based on direct input from the newly formed ladies group who are keen to engage in creative activities. The arts programme will cover creative activities such as jewellery making/craft with textile artist Doreen Fitzmaurice and visual artist Dagmar Byrtusova.

It is hoped this project will allow participants to express themselves creatively and aid them in creating a stronger sense of community during these challenging times.

This project will be delivered in  partnership with Wexford Local Development.
