In light of the tragedy in Creeslough, Wainfest Children’s Arts & Book Festival 2022 will not proceed as planned. It is intended to reschedule the majority of the events and this listing will be updated as soon as possible.

International award-winning, classical saxophonist, Amy Dickson designed the Take a Breath programme to help equip young children in their formative years with simple yet invaluable breathing techniques which encourage them to breathe in an optimal way. Amy uses music and music writing to invite the children to think about emotional awareness and how it relates to their own breathing.

This event will host 5 sessions for schools during Wainfest 2022 which have already sold out.
