Clare Food & Drink Fleadh is back!

County Clare enjoys a great reputation for producing high-quality artisan food and drink. Clare Food & Drink Fleadh, established in 2019, under Failte Ireland’s ‘Taste the Island’ brand provides an ideal platform to showcase all that is good about the food and drink scene here in ‘The Banner’ county.

We are continuing to create a satellite programme of events across the whole county to ensure this grows to become a countywide event that lives up to its title as Clare Food & Drink Fleadh.

This year (2023) our festival theme is ‘Foraging and Fermentation’ with subject-specific talks and events.  

Join Sweet and Green Cafe, Ennis for a healthy food & nutrition workshop for active lives and sports nutrition.

Witness the magic of chocolate-making from start to finish on a guided tour with Wild Irish Chocolates. And of course, no visit is complete without a guided tasting of their delectable chocolates.

Indulge in an evening of wine and conversation at The Wine Buff, Ennis, or treat yourself to a beer and cheese tasting evening, with St. Tola's Cheese and Western Heard Brewing Company.
