Do you know how many counties can be seen from the top of Croghan Hill, County Offaly? Ten? Twenty? All will be revealed with the former being way off the mark!

Pimpernel Films are proposing to make a video with Daingean & Croghan Development Associations that ‘Explores Croghan Hill’. The viewer will be taken on a birds-eye and step by step journey of the experience of climbing Croghan Hill. The mix of themes are obvious: from its unique volcanic geology, along with the hill’s cultural significance. While the video answers many questions it will primarily act as a magnet for people to explore this special place for themselves. 

Filming has already begun with production completion planned for early September.
