Good Not Bad will be an indie music festival with a focus on connecting the DIY music scenes on the west coast (Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Galway, Mayo, Sligo and Donegal).  It can be considered as part of a roadmap for emerging acts aiming to showcase at Ireland Music Week (which takes place annually in Dublin,  showcasing Irish acts with DIY workshops, industry panel talks and networking opportunities with performances from emerging artists.  Good Not Bad will work with First Music Contact (and in partnership with Conradh na Gaeilge for Irish language music acts) to provide mentorship for acts and local youth music organisations Sos an Livefeed to run a complementary all-ages music event on Sunday November 10th in an alcohol-free venue (Nun's Island)
